Work session for the table of comments

As discussed at yesterday's meeting, some of us thought we might get
together on a more frequent and informal basis to work on individual
tasks. Not any kind of "official" meeting, just a jam session to try
to move stuff forward.

One of the creeping issues is the table of contents for the charter,
and I proposed that we might meet on IRC for an hour or so on Sunday
(tomorrow) or Monday at 1100 UTC. A few people indicated that this
would be a good time for them; is anyone interested in showing up?

I was in a meeting all weekend, so did not read this before. In general I am
fairly willing to join meetings on an ad hoc basis, so just drag me in if
you see me. During the day on a mid-week day will however be difficult to
join for sessions.
